Short Term and Remote

We understand that not every athlete can train with us full-time.

With that in mind, Asteri Sports Performance offers short-term training visits and consultations for out-of-town athletes looking to stay sharp while in the Charleston area.

Whether you’re in town to compete at Shipyard Park or simply enjoying time on vacation, Asteri provides a professional training environment where you can continue to build strength, refine your skills, and maintain your edge.

These visits may include — but aren’t limited to — movement assessments, throwing or hitting evaluations, mechanical analysis, and individualized strength or skill program design.

Many short-term athletes also participate in pitching or hitting development sessions and recovery or mobility work to make the most of their time at Asteri.

Every visiting athlete receives detailed, individualized feedback and a comprehensive training plan based on our team’s assessment findings — ensuring that progress continues long after they return home.

We understand that not every athlete can train in person with us full-time. That’s why Asteri Sports Performance offers remote training programs designed to support athletes wherever they are.

While an in-person visit is the ideal way to kick off your training, it’s not required to get started.

Our remote systems are built to serve athletes nationwide — from college and pro players to youth athletes, weekend warriors, and those returning from injury.

Each athlete receives individualized programming, movement and skill assessments, and ongoing communication with our coaching staff to ensure progress and accountability.

Whether your goal is to increase velocity, improve strength, or build a sustainable performance plan, we’ll meet you where you are — and help you reach where you want to be.
