Asteri Summer Camp

 

Daily Training Stations

Each day at Asteri Summer Camp is built around structured rotations through three core development stations. This format keeps athletes engaged, maximizes reps, and ensures well-rounded improvement.


Hitting Development

Athletes work in small groups to develop a more consistent and powerful swing. Sessions include tee work, front toss, and machine work, along with approach training and situational hitting.

When available, we incorporate HitTrax technology to provide feedback and track performance.


Fielding & Defensive Work

Players go through structured defensive drills focused on footwork, glove work, and throwing mechanics. Athletes are trained in both infield and outfield positions with an emphasis on game-like reps and proper fundamentals.

The goal is to build confidence and consistency on the defensive side of the game.


Strength & Performance Training

Athletes complete performance-based training designed to improve speed, coordination, and overall athleticism. Sessions include agility work, medicine ball training, and foundational strength movements.

This is not traditional “lifting” but structured athletic development built for baseball players.


How It Works

Athletes are placed into small groups and rotate through each station daily, allowing for focused coaching and continuous movement throughout the session.
